Return Policy
Here at We the Wild Collective, we understand that shopping online is not always easy. While we strive to provide you with as much information about each item as possible, we know that it may not always meet your expectations.
We will happily provide a refund on all FULL PRICE ITEMS provided your item/s is posted back to us within 14 days of RECEIVING YOUR ORDER and includes all original tags, packaging and is in brand new, unused condition, just as you received it.
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
If items are returned to us without an RA and outside of the return timeframe, the item will be returned to the sender without a refund.
We do not provide refunds for sale stock. This refers to an item which has been marked down, or an item which has been reduced during a promotional period or sale period.
We will provide a credit note for sale or promotion stock order returns, provided the same return conditions are met and that items are in brand new, unused condition wit’s all labels attached.
Please be mindful of this and choose carefully when purchasing sale or promotional stock items.

If you'd like to return your item/s you will need to obtain an RA (Return Authorisation) number.
To obtain an RA number please email us at hello@wethewildcollective.com.au or via the contact sheet under "Contact us" stating your invoice/order number and the reason for your return.
We will then provide you with a number which you will need to quote when returning your garment.
Returns must be posted at the buyers cost.
We recommend tracked and insured return postage as we cannot be responsible if a parcel does not safely arrive to us for refund.
We do not provide exchanges due to the nature of being online only. If you've received a size you'd like to change, you'll need to purchase the size or item you're after and you may return the incorrect size or item for a full refund.
The item must meet our return criteria of being unworn, with all tags attached and an RA number is requested within 14 days receipt of your item.
In the event that you item is faulty, please ensure you include the postage receipt so that we can refund you the cost of your return postage.
